I wanna make anime music videos featuring characters of my own design. How can I do that?

I believe what you are looking for can be done with Flash, but I’m not sure of that proggy. You can also use 3d modeling programs that render with a vector shader that look like cartoons, though very expensive and a STEEP learning curve.

Hmm… try getting Flash program… not the reader but the program… that will help… many people use it for making their own music videos…

why don’t you try to find out of some good softwares from download.com or search them over the net , cause Flash7 wouldn’t be very good in your case.
