first step would be learn to draw- failing that you aren’t too likely to make any kind of an animation- once you draw well, look up animation on wikipedia, buy the software you’ll need, and start making story boards.

Get the episodes of the anime u want (from DVDs or downloads), and use windows movie maker… theres videos on youtube.com that show u how… go there and do a search for “windows movie maker” or something similar to that.
Windows movie maker should be on ur computer when u buy it…
And making videos isnt that hard once u get the hang of it (Im still trying lol). Hope I helped!

first get photoshop elements or cs2 and go to the animation tutorial the library sometimes has it if you don’t want to buy it.

You probly need a Windows Movie Maker, then you make your movies. Then you add music, and if you wanted to, put it in Youtube.com!
